Experienced ACT tutor with 10+ years of helping students achieve high scores - adaptable to your student’s unique learning style. As a high school student, I earned a 34 on the ACT, qualifying me as an applicant to the University Scholars Honors program at Baylor University. I earned my bachelor’s degree at 20 years old, graduating honors with distinction studying premedicine, with major concentrations in Biology and Medial Humanities. I graduated high school in suburban Kansas City as a National Honors Scholar, International Baccalaureate Diploma student, and National Merit Semifinalist. I studied Premedicine at Baylor University, living in the Honors Residential College as a University Scholar. I chose Baylor because I wanted a Christian-informed education at an elite R1 institution. I studied Medical Humanities under Dr. James Marcum in Europe as part of Baylor in Maastricht. In Waco, I led prehealth workshops with the American Medical Student Association and served as the student liaison for Baylor Scott & White Hospital and their Faith Community Health initiative. Additionally, I went on a medial mission trip to the Dominican Republic with Alpha Epsilon Delta, the prehealth honors society. My second year at Baylor I served as Community Leader in the Science & Prehealth Living & Learning Center. My honors thesis was published by the Baylor University Press in 2019, titled “Examining the Ethics of Prenatal Genetic Testing.”
